Welcome to SellPhone Lab. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and in-store offerings. By accessing our site or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

SellPhone Lab provides:

• Repair services for phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, and gaming consoles

• Trade-in and upgrade programs

• Sale of refurbished devices and accessories

• Prepaid carrier services and device financing

All services are subject to availability and technical feasibility.

2. Appointments & Turnaround Time

Repair times and diagnostics are estimated based on the issue and device type. We aim to meet our timelines but delays may occur depending on parts availability or complexity.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are subject to applicable taxes. We accept payments through major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. Full payment is required before pickup of a repaired or replaced device unless otherwise agreed.

4. Trade-In & Buyback

Trade-in values are determined based on device condition, model, and market demand. SellPhone Lab reserves the right to refuse any trade-in or adjust the quoted value after inspection.

5. Warranty

• Repairs may carry a limited warranty (typically 30–90 days), which applies only to the parts replaced or services performed.

• Refurbished devices may include a warranty if explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

• Physical or liquid damage voids any warranty.

• Accessories and consumables (like batteries or chargers) may not be covered.

Please refer to your invoice or ask our staff for warranty terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we handle every device with care, SellPhone Lab is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or issues

• Data loss during repair or diagnostics

• Delays caused by third-party suppliers or shipping services

We strongly recommend backing up your data before handing over your device.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Repairs and diagnostics are non-refundable once completed.

• Pre-owned or refurbished product sales are final unless faulty at delivery (must be reported within 7 days).

• Accessories can only be exchanged if unused and returned with original packaging within 7 days.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect, store, and use your information.

9. Modifications

SellPhone Lab may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
