With over 15 years of cross-functional experience in sales, leadership and strategic management, Harish is the driving force behind SellPhone Lab’s long-term growth and market positioning. His expertise in crafting and executing business strategies that deliver measurable outcomes has been instrumental in scaling the organization’s presence in the tech repair and retail sector.

Harish brings to the table a decade-long experience in Canada’s competitive telecom industry, where he successfully led turnkey projects from conceptualization to full execution. His deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour has enabled him to anticipate trends, adapt rapidly and align the company’s roadmap with evolving consumer expectations.

A key contributor to the growth of telecom ventures from single-location to thriving multi-location enterprises, Harish is well-versed in operational scaling and structuring. With his strong network and corporate insight Harish is a firm advocate of building brands that are both customer-focused and operationally robust. “Sustainable success is built when strategy meets empathy and execution,” he says, underscoring his belief in blending innovation with integrity to create lasting value for customers and stakeholders.

With nearly two decades of experience in retail, financial strategy and business development, Japneet is a key pillar in SellPhone Lab’s growth journey. Having built multiple successful brands from the ground up, he brings deep expertise in crafting scalable business models, marketing roadmaps and long-term development strategies. His analytical mindset and passion for data-driven decision-making ensure that every financial move is both profitable and sustainable.

Japneet excels in financial management, profitability optimization and managing complex financial structures, helping the company maintain fiscal discipline while pursuing ambitious growth. His hands-on knowledge of financial institutions and ability to foster lasting relationships gives SellPhone Lab a strong financial backbone.
